Borewell

People of Bhiwandi, Maharashtra and Shamli, UP brought to our notice severe water scarcity. Family members had to walk 2-3 kms for getting water and situation was getting worse by each passing day. We immediately installed borewells at both these places and fortunately we got drinking water in all borings. To ensure peace we installed water pipelines from these borewells to respective houses and also installed taps. This has ensured that females and children's are no longer travelling and carrying heavy water containers.

So far, we have built 100+ borewells along with water connections in multiple areas of Maharashtra Assam and UP. This has helped approximately 10,000+ families and approximately 60000+ lives.

A small borewell resulting in a big change in lives of people staying in these several villages. And who thought borewells could help bring peace in a village which saw arguments over water.
